I did not authorize the payment...
If you did not authorize a payment or were over charged please contact support. Provide Video proof and screenshots of the charges.Include your User/Account name. Support will review the account and transaction for unusual and/or suspicious behavior. A full internal investigation May proceed.
OUTCOMES - Genuine Claim (Support finds your claim to be true and will contact you via email to resolve the issue)

All account related issues...
It would be best to contact support and describe your issue in the email. Try to be clear and to the point. One email is all that is usually needed as subsaquent emails can replace the original and delay the response. Support team is small so we ask you allow up to 1 week (7 days) to respond. Do not forget to include your user/account name.
